32 today and the kids and I went to his office armed with balloons, candy, and a big sign to try to raise awareness of this monumental occassion. I think it worked, until Mike took everything down when we left :) 
Here's a cute video of Yoni singing 'Happy Birthday' to Mike...he starts it off in Hebrew and finishes in English.
