Thanksgiving 2006

We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving with Idan and Amy. The food and the company were great! We also enjoyed visiting Quechee, Woodstock, Billings Farm, and the Bird Sanctuary. We all, and especially Jonathan, had a great time. And as if we needed more to be thankful for, we have entered our second trimester with Baby #2 with a great check up and ultrasound! Cracking Up

October 2006

We had so much fun in October! For my 30th Birthday, Mike and I went on a "surprise" Carnival Cruise to Puerto Rico, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and St. John. We had a great time, but we missed Jonathan. He stayed with Grandma and Grandpa who spoiled him and showed him a wonderful and fun week. He even went Trick-Or-Treating for his first time with all of his cousins! Please click on the title to see all (126!) of the pics.

Autumn 2006

We are enjoying the beautiful fall here in New Hampshire. We had a great weekend in Boston with Idan and Amy and enjoyed celebrating my 30th Birthday with them.
Jonathan is getting cuter by the day. He loves saying "oh-oh!" while purposely dropping something and points to his mouth and says "mauw" when prompted. He also loves to give kisses!

Bye-Bye Summer!

Jonathan is over 14 months old now, and is not a baby anymore! He is running his way through toddler-hood. He is learning new things every day and has such a great disposition. We marked the New Year by taking part in Owen and Aubrey's wedding, which we all enjoyed greatly. Jonathan, in particular, loved playing with his buddy, Lily, who was also there.
We will greatly miss walking to the weekly Lebanon Farmer's Market and sampling all of the good food. Of course, our favorite was the fudge! (All of the pictures can be accessed by clicking on the title or the link to the right.) Bye-bye summer....hello autumn!

"I think I cut too much off".....

Infamous last words following a rookie haircut. Jonathan got his first haircut today!!! Next time, we will definitely take him to a professional, as it seems that cutting daddy's hair is a totally different venture. Lucky for us all, no post-haircut pictures are taken yet so the only witnesses are the ones that can actually see him. Thank goodness he's too young to know the difference.
Live and Learn.

In other news, Jonathan is now walking like a pro and can stand by himself, without crawling to the nearest wall to help him get up! Another favorite is walking backwards and planting himself on whomever is sitting on the floor.

A Day at the Farm

We had a fun day at the Billings Farm in Woodstock, Vermont. We went with Grace and Ainsley and pet the sheep, cows, and horses! The roosters were a little scary, but the ice-cream was great. The fun day ended with a nice lunch at the Woodstock Park. Thanks to our friends for such a fun time! Fun Times

Last weekend, Jonathan had a great time on the Ogunquit Beach, in Maine. His uncle, Idan built him a big pool with warm water that he played in.




And daddy has learned all sorts of tricks with balloons during his stay in D.C.

Basketball!

As requests for new videos are mounting, Jonathan has learned to shoot some hoops! He loves playing basketball and has now started to hide all sorts of things inside the basket.

Milestones...

Jonathan is taking more steps on his own, claps hands enthusiastically, and has also learned to wave bye-bye! Of course, his favorite word is "Dadda" which he says over and over again. We are so proud and can't wait to see what he'll be doing next!

Happy First Birthday!!!

Jonathan spent his very first birthday in Florida and we had a big party at Grandma and Grandpa's house. He got lots of gifts and his very own birthday cake too! Lots of pictures are here.

First Time at the Beach!!!

We had such an amazing time in Ogunquit, Maine this past weekend and enjoyed the generous hospitality of the Bitterman Family. Jonathan loved playing, and eating, the sand at the beach. We all had such a wonderful time!

Learning to walk...

Jonathan is 11 months old!!!

Jonathan is nearing his first birthday so quickly! He is changing every day: new teeth, crawling, cruising, and even a first job for mommy! Thank you to Shanee for watching Jonathan while I'm at work. Jonathan is very lucky to have such an amazing aunt!

Play Group!

Jonathan loves spending time with his playgroup. And after the singing, dancing, and playtime is over, we like to swing!

Pesach 2006- Jonathan is 9 months old!

Thank you to Idan and Amy for hosting Jonathan's first Passover. We all had a great time! 

Spring Break (March 2006)

We have enjoyed the week-long visit of Saba, Savta, and Shanee from Kansas!!! Our busy schedule consisted of cooking, eating, and sleeping! Of course, we did play with Yoni and even went swimming!

Mike turns 30!

Mike turned 30 on Sat, March 11 and we celebrated in Las Vegas. He knew we were going somewhere but the destination was a total surprise, as was the arrival of his closest friends!
